The procedure for closing your store is related to the sales of your works to the authors and the billing process that handles payments from these customers. Here's how it all works:
Many authors want to remove their works to quickly withdraw the remaining funds to reach the minimum threshold.
We have created special documentation that explains how the sales system works and why, when closing the store, you will only receive your funds after 180 days from the day you notify us of the store closure.
This happens because we work with billing systems where returns for your sold works are processed, and we are obligated to cover them or resolve the situation somehow.
Therefore, from the date of your last payment received, we start counting the time until the closure of your store, plus an additional 180 days. During this period, buyers have the right to request refunds, and we are obliged to provide them.
If you wish to receive your funds more quickly, we may sometimes offer to buy your works for the PicsForDesign.com fund, for customers who use and download your works. This is negotiated separately in this case.
We enter into a purchase agreement for your works and pay you for the purchase at the agreed price. This way, you can receive your funds faster and possibly more.
Another way is not to delete your works but to simply accumulate the minimum withdrawal and withdraw it, as in this case, all customers who were happy to purchase your works will always be able to enjoy your creativity and be grateful to you for it constantly. And what's better than always receiving positive feedback for your works?
