Social login can create or connect a different account if the provider sends a different email address.
If purchases are missing after social login
- Log out of PicsForDesign.
- Try logging in with the email/password account you used before.
- Check whether Google, Facebook, or Apple used another email address.
- Contact support before buying again if you still cannot find purchases.

- email used for Google, Facebook, or Apple
- email used for your old PicsForDesign account
- username, if known
- order, license, or product example
Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
