How completed Prepaid Projects work

When a project is completed, the final artwork becomes available according to the project conditions.

Important details

• Make sure you are logged in to the account that funded the project.
• Check project page and account downloads if available.
• Contact support if you funded a completed project but cannot access the result.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

• your account email or username
• the page or product URL
• a screenshot
• the exact error message, if any
• your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
