When a project is completed, the final artwork becomes available according to the project conditions.
Important details
- Make sure you are logged in to the account that funded the project.
- Check project page and account downloads if available.
- Contact support if you funded a completed project but cannot access the result.
When to contact support
If you still need help, contact support and include:
- your account email or username
- the page or product URL
- a screenshot
- the exact error message, if any
- your browser name and device
Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
