Exclusive Club payment problems

If an Exclusive Club payment fails or access does not activate, support can check the payment and account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Check whether payment was charged.
  2. Log out and log in again.
  3. Open the Exclusive page again.
  4. Contact support if access is still missing.

Important details

  • Access must be connected to the same account used for payment.

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • account email
  • payment date
  • payment amount
  • payment method
  • screenshot of Exclusive page

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
