Why a Prepaid item may not appear in the cart

A Prepaid item may not appear in the cart when the Prepaid site and the main store do not share the same logged-in session.

Common reasons

  • You are not logged in to PicsForDesign.
  • Browser cookies are blocked.
  • The project is closed, completed, or canceled.
  • An old browser tab still has an old session.

Try this

  1. Log out of PicsForDesign.
  2. Log in again.
  3. Open the Prepaid Project in the same browser.
  4. Add funds again and open the cart.
