What to do if your cart is empty

If you added a product but the cart is empty, the cart session may not be connected to the same account or browser session.

Try this first

  1. Make sure you are logged in.
  2. Use the same browser tab where you added the item.
  3. Allow cookies for picsfordesign.com.
  4. Disable private or incognito mode.
  5. Log out, log in again, and add the product once more.

Prepaid Projects

Prepaid Projects use the main PicsForDesign cart. If a Prepaid item does not appear in the cart, make sure you are logged in to the same PicsForDesign account before adding funds.

What support needs

If you need help

Please contact support and include as many details as possible:

  • account email or username
  • page URL where you clicked Add to cart
  • cart URL where the item is missing
  • screenshot after adding the item
  • browser name

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
