Prepaid Project statuses explained

Project status shows what stage the project is currently in.

Important details

• Active means the project is open.
• Fundraising means the project is collecting money.
• In progress means work has started.
• Completed means the final result is available according to project rules.
• Canceled means the project will not continue.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

• your account email or username
• the page or product URL
• a screenshot
• the exact error message, if any
• your browser name and device
