This guide explains the basic path from opening PicsForDesign to buying and downloading your first product.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open https://picsfordesign.com.
2. Create an account or log in.
3. Browse products by category, artist, or search.
4. Open a product page and read the license information.
5. Add the product to the cart and complete payment.
6. Download the product from your account after payment is confirmed.

Important details

• Use the same account every time you buy.
• Keep your email address active because password recovery and receipts are sent there.
• Contact support before buying again if an old purchase is missing.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

• your account email or username
• the page or product URL
• a screenshot
• the exact error message, if any
• your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
