How to create a customer account

A customer account lets you buy products, download purchased files, and contact support with purchase history.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open PicsForDesign.
  2. Click Log in / Sign up.
  3. Choose registration with email or a supported social login.
  4. Use an email address you can access.
  5. Save your login method for future purchases.

Important details

  • Use one main account for all purchases.
  • Creating several accounts can make downloads and support slower.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • your account email or username
  • the page or product URL
  • a screenshot
  • the exact error message, if any
  • your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
