When to ask support about licensing

Ask support before purchase when your use case is not clearly covered by the license page.

Important details

  • Contact support if you want to use artwork in products for sale.
  • Contact support if you want to redistribute, modify, print, or include files in another product.
  • Support can explain PicsForDesign rules, but cannot replace legal advice for complex business cases.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • your account email or username
  • the page or product URL
  • a screenshot
  • the exact error message, if any
  • your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
