How support verifies account ownership

For security, support may ask for information before changing account access or merging accounts.

Important details

  • Support may ask for old email address, current email address, username, order details, license name, store name, or payment details.
  • Support will not ask for your password.
  • Account merges and email changes are done only after ownership is reasonably confirmed.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • your account email or username
  • the page or product URL
  • a screenshot
  • the exact error message, if any
  • your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
