Just to clarify: your photo ID is needed for verifying your name. It will NOT be used for any other purpose but to verify the name you signed the agreement with.
It's for strictly internal use and will NOT be posted anywhere or be made into your avatar at the store.
1. Please upload a scan or a snapshot of your photo ID that contains your full name and a photo It can be a passport, an identity card.

3. Please make sure the name on the photo ID matches the name you use to electronically sign the agreement.
4. Please make sure you enter your full name into the field BEFORE pressing "Read and sign agreement". Then enter it again at the bottom of the agreement, or you can copy and paste.
