If payment failed, please do not repeat it many times immediately. First check whether the money was charged.

What to do

  1. Check whether the payment was charged.
  2. If the money was not charged, try again after a few minutes.
  3. If the money was charged but the product is missing, contact support.

  • account email
  • product or cart URL
  • payment method
  • payment date and amount
  • transaction reference or screenshot, if available

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
