Upload image is rejected

If an image upload is rejected, convert it to a common web format and try again.

Try this

1. Convert the image to JPG or PNG.
2. Make sure the file is not damaged.
3. Use a simple file name, for example preview-01.jpg.
4. Check the file size.
5. Try a different browser.

Formats

Older upload pages may reject HEIC, WEBP, damaged JPEG files, or camera-specific formats. JPG and PNG are usually the safest preview formats.
