How to report a missing file inside a download

If the archive opens but a promised file is missing, support can check the product package.

  2. Read the product description.
  3. Check all folders inside the archive.
  4. Contact support if the described file is missing.

  • Send a screenshot of the archive contents.
  • Do not publish the archive publicly.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • account email
  • product URL
  • order date
  • screenshot of archive contents
  • description of missing file

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
