Refund requests are reviewed according to product type, payment status, download status, and marketplace rules.

Important details

  • Digital products are downloadable files, so refund rules may differ from physical goods.
  • If a product is broken or missing, support will first try to fix access or file delivery.
  • Refund decisions may require manual review.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • account email
  • order date
  • product URL
  • reason for refund request
  • payment details

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
