How to log in or recover your password

If you cannot log in, first try password recovery. Support cannot see or send your password.

Password recovery

1. Open the PicsForDesign login page.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address used for your account.
4. Check your inbox and spam folder.
5. Follow the email link and set a new password.

If you no longer have access to the old email

If you need help

Please contact support and include as many details as possible:

• old account email
• current email address
• username, if you remember it
• license name, order information, or product example

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
