Duplicate accounts can happen when a customer uses email/password and later uses Google, Facebook, or Apple with another email.
What to do
- Do not create more accounts if you cannot find old purchases.
- Do not buy the same product again before support checks the account.
- Send support all emails and usernames that may belong to you.
Merge review
Support can review possible duplicate accounts. Accounts are connected or merged only after ownership and identity are checked.

- all email addresses that may belong to you
- usernames, if you know them
- examples of purchased products or license names
- which account should remain the main account
Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
