Browser cache troubleshooting

Old browser cache can show outdated pages or old cart data.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Clear cache for PicsForDesign.
  3. Close old tabs.
  4. Log out and log in again.
  5. Try another browser.

Important details

  • Do not clear saved passwords unless you know them or can recover them.

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • your account email or username
  • the page or product URL
  • a screenshot
  • the exact error message, if any
  • your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
