Why transactional emails still arrive after unsubscribe

Unsubscribing from marketing newsletters does not always stop service emails.

Important details

  • Marketing emails include news, promotions, and newsletters.
  • Transactional emails include purchase receipts, password recovery, payment notices, and important account messages.
  • Transactional emails may still be sent because they are needed for account and purchase service.

When to contact support

If you still need help, contact support and include:

  • your account email or username
  • the page or product URL
  • a screenshot
  • the exact error message, if any
  • your browser name and device

Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
